Jim Fiske leads the team developing the new Gravity Power Module (GPM), a revolutionary grid-scale electricity storage system.

Jim has spent over 30 years in technology R&D and commercialization. He has founded three venture-funded companies and lead R&D efforts in fields ranging from high speed digital electronics to electro-mechanical energy storage systems. He has won research grants from organizations including the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

Jim is an outstanding speaker and writer, and a scholar of energy storage and magnetic levitation technology. He received his Electrical Engineering & Computer Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1978.
