NOTE: This Webinar is hosted by SEPA; register for the webinar on SolarElectricPower.org.

Registration is open to SEPA members only through Friday, June 17. On June 18 registration will open to non-members.

In this webinar we will learn key findings of the SEPA Top 10 Utility Solar Rankings Report including:

  • Marked growth in utility solar power in states outside the Southwest
  • Growth in centralized projects
  • Major increase in utility ownership of solar capacity

Join us and hear about the Top 10 utility solar portfolios nationally and regionally, how more and more utilities are integrating solar power into their energy portfolios, how the solar market has changed and new trends in this market. For example, solar power has long been associated with the solar-rich Southwest U.S., but this is no longer the case. In SEPA’s 2008 Rankings Report, 75% of new solar capacity was located in California. In 2010 the market flipped, with 63% of the new capacity is coming from other states.

Speaker(s): Mike Taylor, Director of Research, Solar Electric Power Association
